Conducted quantitative and qualitative research on client's user base and identified problems with their current app through usability testing.
Reorganized content and redesigned the website's taxonomy and site architecture to be new-user friendly and increase readership.
Designed an interactive prototype for a food delivery service to draw in new customers.
